Semi-Homemade Tres Leche Cake

Ingredients:

1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1 box pudding mix (I used cheesecake)
2 eggs plus one egg yolk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk

Preparation:

In a stand blender or with a hand whipper in a medium dish, blend all elements for around 2 minutes until light and fleecy. Heat at 325 degrees for around 30-40 minutes or until toothpick confesses all out when jabbed into middle of cake. Let cool totally.

At that point with a fork jab openings everywhere throughout the highest point of the cake for the coating to saturate.

For the milk coat:

1-14 oz can Sweetened dense milk
1-12 oz can vanished milk
1 mug cream

Whisk together and pour over the highest point of the cake.

Whipped Topping:

2 mugs whipping cream
1/2 mug powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Whip cream with a whisk (ideally with a stand blender or mixer) until solid tops structure. Add sugar and vanilla to taste.

Spread over top of cake and refrigerate.
